Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- You have 30 business days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items marked as “final sale.”
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from our approval notification, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@woocommerce-1486507-5951001.cloudwaysapps.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
